The Hillsman Foundation, Inc. was established in 2008 by Quentin and Shandrist Hillsman.  The Foundation’s programs were created to benefit under-served youth, in the Greater Syracuse area; to broaden their self-awareness, build self-esteem, encourage academic success and enhance their experiences outside of their current circumstances, by mentoring and through the arts.
